Cocoa Tofu Pudding

  • Ingredients

    • 8 ounces silken tofu
    • 2 pitted Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
    • 1/3 cup raw walnuts
    • 1 scoop CocoaVia Cardio Health supplement*
    • 1 scoop protein powder (Wellious)
    • Soy or nondairy milk as needed
  • Instructions

    • Add the tofu, dates, walnuts, CocoaVia, and protein powder to the canister of a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, adding nondairy milk, one teaspoon at a time, as needed until the desired consistency.
    • Chill for at least 15 minutes before adding the desired toppings.
    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
