Mixed Berry Cocoa Smoothie

  • Ingredients

    • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
    • ½ cup blackberries, frozen
    • ½ cup sliced strawberries, frozen
    • ¾ cup nondairy milk
    • ½ cup nondairy yogurt
    • 1 Scoop of CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Powder
    • 2 pitted medjool dates(optional)
    • Hemp seeds for garnish(optional)
  • Instructions

    1. Use store-bought frozen berries or freeze your own.
    2. To freeze: Transfer the blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries to a freezer-safe container.
    3. Freeze at least overnight or for up to 8 months.
    4. Place the frozen berries, nondairy milk, yogurt, CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Supplement, and dates (if using) into the canister of a high-speed blender.
    5. Blend on high until just smooth. Do not over blend or the smoothie will liquify.:
